Manual GitHub prospecting does not scale. Teams were copying profile data by hand, guessing at contact details, and sending generic emails that hurt reply rates. Running every lead through an AI model synchronously was slow and expensive, and there was no consistent way to separate hiring outreach from partnership or community campaigns.
Our Solution
Kafu People designed Giscrap around three layers: a scraper and filter engine for GitHub signals, an enrichment pass for email and LinkedIn, and a campaign hub with purpose tags and Anthropic-generated copy. Prompt templates are tuned per tag so hiring messages read differently from partnership or OSS invites. FastAPI exposes sync endpoints for on-demand edits and async workers for bulk generation, batching similar profiles, reusing cached summaries, and only calling the model when new context appears. SMTP integration handles verified sending with operator review gates and send throttling.

Sync & Async AI Pipeline
Interactive edits use low-latency sync calls; bulk generation runs async with batching, caching, and rate-aware queues to optimize API cost.
SMTP Delivery & Tracking
Send through configured SMTP with per-campaign throttling, send logs, and a dashboard that keeps operators in control of volume and compliance.

The platform replaced a fragmented manual workflow with one dashboard: faster list building, higher-quality personalized drafts, and predictable AI spend through async batching.
